Terms of use for participating companies

By using the Master Career Week company portal, you agree to the following on behalf of your company.

How you may use candidate data

• You use candidate information only for this Master Career Week selection: reviewing and ranking the candidates who applied to your bootcamp. Not for other vacancies, other recruitment or marketing.
• Access is limited to the people on your company's selection team for this bootcamp. Do not share your login.
• Do not copy, download or share candidate information outside the portal, unless Master Career Week asks you to.
• If you made any local copies or notes anyway, delete them when the selection window closes.

Fair selection

• Do not try to identify candidates from their anonymised information, and do not contact candidates before Master Career Week tells you who was placed with you.
• Do not select on protected grounds such as gender, age, origin, nationality, religion, health or sexual orientation.

Incidents

• Report any incident straight away — for example a lost device, a login used by someone else, or candidate data that ended up in the wrong place — to EFR at info@mastercareerweek.nl.

Master Career Week is organised by Economic Faculty association Rotterdam (EFR). EFR may withdraw portal access if these terms are not followed.
