This Privacy Policy explains how EFR Master Career Week (MCW) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our recruitment platform. We only collect what we need to run the event, and we never share your identity with companies before you are placed.

Who we are

Master Career Week is organised by the Economic Faculty association Rotterdam (EFR), Burgemeester Oudlaan 50, 3062 PA Rotterdam, the Netherlands. For any privacy question, contact info@mastercareerweek.nl.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address. When you build your profile we store your name, contact details, questionnaire answers, and the CVs you upload. We record the date you agreed to this Privacy Policy.

How companies see you

Before placement, companies only ever see an anonymous code, your approved anonymised CV, and the answers you marked visible to companies. Your name, contact details, and standard CV are never shown to companies until after you are placed.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for the edition you registered for and archive past editions so we can look back on them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. Use the “Delete my data” option on your profile, or email info@mastercareerweek.nl. We will respond within 30 days.
