Gupta Strategists is an independent consultancy for organizations in the healthcare sector, both in the Netherlands and abroad. We unravel complex issues and arrive at practical solutions or innovative ideas. At Gupta, we work from a foundation of trust. You don’t track your hours and you set your own schedule. Our organizational structure is flat, and we have no place for sharp elbows here.

How we work:
From Monday to Thursday, you work in your project team at a client’s site, and on Fridays we come together at varying locations around the country or at our office in Amsterdam. On those days, colleagues always make time to help you or think along with you. There is a strong focus on everyone’s personal development. That’s why you meet with your mentor every six weeks, receive regular training to sharpen your skills as a strategy consultant, set development goals for each project, have an evaluation every six months, and have access to programs from top business schools.

Gupta Strategists offers solutions to complex issues. Working at Gupta means you are trained as an all-round strategy consultant, work on major projects within a small team, and continuously challenge and develop yourself into a strategic expert in healthcare. Always with the aim of making our clients’ products and/or services better. Our advice is fact-based, and the (big data) studies we conduct ourselves also provide valuable insights. Our work requires flexible working hours, but our colleagues find it highly rewarding and enjoy their work a great deal.
